Grier Baker is a great guy that was honest with me and very accommodating. I recommend that you ask for him by name. Mike Brockman, the Manager, was straight forward and we didn't have to go back and forth a bunch of times to get the deal done. He sat with me and listened to what I wanted so we could come to a quick agreement that was reasonable for both of us. I am very satisfied with my purchase!

What a pleasant experience dealing with Dean and his staff. We needed an emergency weld on our 5th wheel suspension. We were in and out in 1 hour. This was by far the best experience we have had at any RV repair business. I wish they were close by in Texas. If you want friendly, prompt, and reasonably priced RV repairs, this is your place!
I was able to reach a sales team member over the phone easily and set up an appointment to look at vehicles I found online and quickly get in them for test drives. everything went very smoothly with paperwork everyone was very polite and professional.

This was by far the best experience in buying a rv. Grier Baker is amazing salesperson with no pressure to buy and if he didnt know an answer he would find out answers to our questions. Brian was great at the whole making deal happen. Tim was very knowledgeable about rvs. He did our walk a round showing us all we needed to know explained everything throughly, I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used trailer go here. Second vehicle I’ve bought from these two guys and it was a pleasure for me. I usually don’t care for car salesman (who does) but these guys never came off like a salesman at all it was like I knew them for a long while, not pushy or anything like you would expect from a dealer. I was so impressed with the customer service and overall experience I had at Travers. I had shopped online and at several dealers and Travers was by far the most helpful and pleasant. Apparently we lost a shackle somewhere between Omaha and St Louis, found that evening. Niky and Dean were able to get us an appt. and had us fixed up to keep us on schedule by the next day! All this after both of us dealing with a warranty company who was less than responsive in covering costs. Sincerely appreciate their professionalism and responsiveness.

I bought my last car at a very well known dealership . While they did offer a beautiful vehicle they were quick to push us through the process and had no follow up whatsoever. They agreed to fix issues with the car ( chipped windshield, a scratch and dented trim ) until the loan was funded then I was not able to get any cooperation in fixing the issues or ordering the trim and allowing us to have it installed. Best service I've ever gotten Got in filled out an application for financing found out the same day I got approved with no pre existing credit. They worked with me until we got the price that I wanted and felt comfortable paying.
